A certificate of participation can be requested after the end of the Congress at the following email address:aipvetcongress@gmail.com
Congress badge
All participants, companions, and exhibitors must wear identification badges, provided upon arrival at the Congress. Entry to the Congress hall and the exhibition area will not be allowed to anyone without a badge.
Cancellation and refunds
In case of cancellation, the Congress Secretariat (aipvetcongress@gmail.com) must be informed via email. Cancellation by no later than 15 April 2026: payment will be refunded after the Congress, minus administrative fees of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be issued.
Liability
At the time of registration, participants agree that neither the Organising Committee of the Congress nor the Local Organising Committee can be held liable for any activities related to participation.
Photos and videos
Photos and/or videos may be taken during the Congress. These photos/videos may be used on AIPVet websites as illustrations or in newspaper articles, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements, and/or on social media. Our data processing authorisation is based on our legitimate interest in sharing photos and videos for scientific purposes, as well as for informational purposes, to increase the visibility of AIPVet. We are committed to minimising any impact on privacy by informing in advance and offering the opportunity to object to the processing. In case of objection, please email:aipvetcongress@gmail.com
Safety and security
It is advised not to leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, either inside or outside the Congress hall and the exhibition area. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents or loss or damage to participants' private property.
Further information will follow soon regarding the possibility of using a luggage storage facility at the Congress venue.
